Creating transparency where complexity arises: With your analyses, you provide the basis for a modern, data-based personal control Workforce Planning: Developing together with executives and managers of our clinics, institutes and business units You are well-founded personnel and personnel cost planning and provide the basis for predictive personnel management People Analytics: Analyzing personal data, ensuring quality and plausibility, identifying trends and deriving recommendations for action for different target groups Reporting & Forecasting: Develop reports, forecasts and KPI dashboards that create orientation and enable sound decisions Planning & Conclusions: Accompanying monthly and annual accounts and economic planning with meaningful personnel cost analyses Keeping HR Controlling Actively Promoting Digitization, Automation and Modern Reporting Solutions – especially in Care Area Strategic cooperation: Together with our HR Business Partners: create a personal control system that meets the requirements of a university clinic of tomorrow

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Economics or a comparable degree course focusing on controlling, personnel or finance Experience in personal controlling, controlling or an analytically shaped HR environment Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Access and ideally experience with SAP HCM or comparable HR systems as well as BW or SAC Ability to allow legal frameworks to flow into analyses and calculations Knowledge of how to use analytics or reporting tools is advantageous. Analytical thinking with a structured working style and the claim to give real insights from data Curiosity to critically question data and continuously develop processes Individual initiative, team spirit and the need to develop good solutions together very good German knowledge (at least C1) Why the University Hospital Jena?
