To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly and dedicated commercial assistance that has the pleasure of organizing tasks and dealing with people. The position offers a versatile working day with administrative emphasis – all tasks are structured.

General commercial and administrative activities Organization and coordination of appointments as well as written and telephone correspondence Maintenance of data, lists and documents Support for organisational processes in the application process Participation in the care of our trainees in everyday administrative work Support in the care and control of staff time recording Cooperation with internal contacts and external contacts

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Very good user knowledge in MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) Sympathetic, dynamic personality with joy in dealing with people Certain, structured and reliable operation Team skills and openness to get to know new tasks and processes
