Your mission:

• support our hands-on instructions in the guidance and assistance of trainees
• plan and implement training
• make teaching and learning creative
• promote the resources of our guests and shape their care according to the individual needs
• advise the guests and their relatives professionally and humanly
• implement creative care and care concepts

Your skills:

• a completed training in the care of the elderly, health care and nursing, or health care and care for children with a corresponding professional experience of at least 2 years
• the vocational training additional qualification for the practical instruction and the continuous annual compulsory training acquired since then
• the ability to inspire and promote azubis
• to teach methods of self-learning
• high communication strength, patience and empathy
• intercultural competence
