The professional training centre Rhein-Neckar offers annual vocational rehabilitation measures in 10 cities throughout Germany for more than 1,600 customers. We encourage and support you and your approx. 190 Colleagues with psychological limitations from different fields of work, individually in the re­creation of basic skills and in the reorientation of work. We are part of the SRH – a leading provider of education and health services with 17,000 employees. SRH operates private schools, educational centres, schools and hospitals. For our new location in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a professional trainer w/m/d in full time or part-time at 01.08.2025. As a professional trainer w/m/d, you support and support individuals with psychological limitations from different fields of work in the recovery of basic work skills, the expansion of daily workability and the reorientation of work. The aim is to provide sufficient stability and suitability for continuing vocational rehabilitation measures.

Vocational training and practical guidance for people from different fields of work Individual support in group and individual talks Support and support back to the labour market (open positions, internships) Training of working day and working behaviour Compilation of communication protocols, progress reports and final reports and certificates of participation Working in an interdisciplinary team

Complete vocational training in a commercial or IT or media profession An additional educational qualification such as trainer training, work educators:in, work pedagogue:in, ergotherapeut:in o.
