At our locations in Duisburg (preferably), Munich or Berlin, we are looking for you in full-time (100%) as a syndicate attorney (all genders) with focus on process, banking and IT&IP law (especially data protection) at the Consors Finanz.

Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You are a business partner for assigned specialist departments and domains You take the legal examination and preparation of business incidents in ongoing contractual relations You are responsible for legal advice in IT&IP law with a focus on data protection law within projects and on new product design You review policies, contracts and forms with regard to legal requirements You are responsible for advising and supporting management and specialist departments in legal matters You support in negotiations with traders and contractors or their representatives in difficult cases You support the implementation of Consor’s Financial Legal internal control plan Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you Completed legal studies and 2. legal state exams (“competence to the judge’s office”) or comparable qualification in single-level legal education experience in the negotiation and creation of both individual and pattern contracts as well as individual and pattern letters Expertise in IT&IP law with focus on data protection Experience in consumer credit law as well as in insurance and insurance distribution law and in a comparable position in a bank is advantageous Ability to understand legal facts Good commercial understanding and negotiation skills Good conceptual and analytical skills You like to work in the team Experience in supporting projects Embossed service understanding and high customer orientation Performance and loadability Safe handling of common PC applications (MS-Office package) English knowledge in word and writing, French knowledge advantageous
