Serviceleiter (m/w/d) Reference number: 381721 The service manager (m/w/d) reports directly to the branch manager at the Stuttgart branch office and is responsible for the management and further development of our service projects in the industrial environment and the management and development of its team. You plan and coordinate all necessary measures for your customers, ensure compliance with agreed goals and actively contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio. You will be technically and commercially supported by an experienced team and can focus on the implementation of your goals. Your duties Guide and monitor your own service area in the field of maintenance, disposal, logistics, industrial assembly and technical cleaning of production facilities Coordinate and project organization of orders with the focus on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction Offer creation including costing as well as acceptance, execution and organization Continuous order and process optimization New customer support and support Staff management and personnel planning and development in compliance with and implementation of occupational safety principles recruitment of new employees Contact person for the customer, supplier and your employees Commercial monitoring of orders and preparation of billing Your office is Leonberg. From there, you will serve well-known customers of the industry in the vicinity of Stuttgart. Technical or commercial training (or studies) : e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronic, metal builder, locksmith, electronics, electrician (ideally master/technician) or industrial man/woman Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the service environment, ideally with knowledge in areas such as maintenance, disposal, logistics, industrial assembly and/or industrial cleaning in the production environment Leadership: Experience as a leadership in the technical-commercial field, an empirical and motivating leadership style IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Mobility: Car guide for flexible use in the region Customer & Service Orientation: Sovereign appearance and solution-oriented work
