At the closest possible time, we are looking for a leader (m/w/d) for the attractive location in the Rhein-Neckar region for the teams of Sach-, Kfz- und Haftpflicht-Schaden Ö with the unique opportunity to shape and build the UMteam Dam 2.0.

Location: Rhein-Neckar Region

They lead the competent and committed team with five to six employees and work strategically closely with the overall management damage. They coordinate your team independently, stand up for its coaching and further development and make your unit proactively in line with the area goals. They act as an important interface to internal teams, departments and areas and work strategically with exciting projects. They ensure compliance with high service levels, ensure high customer satisfaction and are responsible for complaint processing.

They are a human and professionally persuasive personality with several years of expertise in the field of property, car or liability damage. They have ideally already gained first (scientific) leadership experience or have taken responsibility within the framework of a project. They bring a strong service orientation, readiness for performance and enthusiasm for innovation and are therefore the model for your team. You are not too bad to take part in yourself and support your team in the day-to-day operating business. They are a team player with strong communication and contact and maintain an open, value-adding and fair approach with colleagues.
