Your duties Cooperation in the objects/kitchens and sales Preparation of food / menu sequences / buffets Professional operation, charging, programming and setting of kitchen appliances Professional cleaning and disinfection of machines and kitchen inventory according to specifications Compliance with hygiene regulations with documentation, control requirements (e.g. HACCP) Sales and service activities Organisation of the kitchen drain, preparation and output activities in the kitchen area Working with the production, presentation and output of food and beverages Sale and operation of cash register systems, guest accommodation within the framework of catering and events

Description

Your profile Completed 3 years of vocational training for chefs or comparable qualification is absolutely necessary (specialist certificate) with 3-5 years of professional experience Care in handling food Knowledge of all food hygiene and safety regulations Safe and efficient operation of common kitchen appliances Good organizational skills for budget planning and purchases Good sense of taste and smell High psychological and physical stress Working time Monday to Friday, occasionally weekend work
