You work with our banks or insurance customers on exciting transformation projects – according to preference nationally or internationally.

Your interests include: project management, sales strategies, digital damage management, customer experience management, process automation, core insurance or financial processes. Topics such as account management and testing can also be included in your task.

Whether you want to develop as a generalist:in or specialize in the long term on a topic – both of us are possible.

Based on market trends platform economy, cloud-based financial platforms, omnichannel, data ocean and agility, you are driving the transformation of the banking or insurance industry with our team.

You work with the latest technologies, work with them, and as (Associate) Consultant you are a defining member of our project teams.

You will learn from experienced consultants: knowing the consulting business from scratch. On-Top you gradually take on additional responsibility and develop your professional know-how early.

You have a successfully completed study of economics, business informatics, economic mathematics, insurance, banking, or a comparable degree programme. In the best case, you already bring a Master's degree.

You are looking for advice at the interface between department and IT in the banking and insurance world. In addition, you bring enthusiasm for the transformation of a data-driven and innovation-driven industry.

Ideally, you have already worked in the Financial Services environment and collected first project management experiences.

Analytical conceptual as well as hands-on capabilities for complex issues are your strengths. In addition, you are a real team player, bring your own initiative and want to take responsibility.

You meet customers with professionalism and communication strength – in German and ideally also in English.

National or international project work sounds like an exciting challenge for you, not by restriction – flexibility and readiness to travel are yours.
