Senior Consultant - Homecare (m/w/d)

You collect orders on the basis of the prescription or specifications of our specialist consultants and technicians, create cost proposals for the health insurance company, monitor them and accompany the care up to the invoice. For technical questions, you are in close contact with colleagues. This internal service is provided by rehabilitation aids. They are the helping hand for our specialist consultants and technicians and support them in the administrative process, for example by creating shipping documents or monitoring material orders. In case of telephone inquiries about the orders, you are contact persons for our customers and clarify upcoming questions directly with the health insurance companies

You have a very high quality awareness and passion for detail, which is reflected in your daily work. Flexibility and team skills, as well as motivation to work into new tasks make you out. You have fun developing yourself personally and professionally. Many of our customers suffered severe fates. They accompany people in difficult health situations – with sensitivity and stability.
