For our legal department at the Ehningen site, we are currently looking for active support. As a lecturer in labor law, you act out of our headquarters and report to the management of labor law. Take over the following Tasks: Advising employees and executives of our German branches in all individual matters Representation of companies in court proceedings Design of individual regulations Persecuting the Continuous Development of Labour Law and Assessment of the Need for Action in the Group Self-responsibility of group-wide projects, including with reference to abroad Planning and implementation of training and lectures for executives and personnel departments

Successfully completed State Examina and an early focus on labour law well-founded expertise especially in individual work law Professional experience in the field of labour law is an advantage, but we also offer career starters opportunities readiness to travel Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent and structured working Impressed communication strength in German and English Strong ability to argue and enforce as well as strong legal and diplomatic skills Willingness to cooperate in a harmonious team structure
