Strategic and operational management of the Shared Service Center for Financial Accounting in the EMEA Region and Group Accounting Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts in the shared service model and for consolidated financial reports worldwide Ensuring compliance with accounting standards (HGB/IFRS) and coordination of audit processes Strategic development of the shared service center and harmonisation of accounting and reporting processes Project management and implementation of international projects to optimize financial and accounting processes Ensuring quality in accounting mass processes and continuous optimization (KVP) Use of modern tools to improve consolidation and reporting processes and drive digital projects Leadership and development of a qualified team at the Shared Service Center

Successfully completed economic studies focusing on accounting or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international industrial company Knowledge of Accounting and Process Optimization Occasional readiness and excellent communication skills in German and English Team skills, motivation and delegation skills as well as targeted and cooperative leadership style Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with high implementation strength and pronounced quality awareness
