• They are attentive, can quickly define, implement and document personal support.

• Communication with relatives, supervisors and within the team is easy for them. They are open, interested and act solution-oriented.

• They are familiar with the requirements of the participation law and can implement them routined.

• They are mobile, flexible and willing to work in shiftwork and weekends.

• You have completed training for the nursing specialist, health care and nursing:in, caregiver:in or a comparable qualification.
