Business area / department The real estate management business unit is responsible, among other things, for the efficient and legally compliant perception of the ownership role as well as for ensuring the legally compliant operation and management of the BLB NRW real estate stock.

Within a team you are one of the contact persons for our branches to reduce rentals of our tenants You undertake the preparation of various issues for the internal preparation of regular approval committees and their participation You contribute to the monitoring of ownership obligations and the construction, structuring and further development of the documentation. You are responsible for the corresponding evaluations in the SAP system You are involved in the approval procedures for rental calculations

You have a successfully completed university degree (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) in the field of real estate, economic law, economics or a comparable discipline Further requirements: You can demonstrate at least two years of practical or relevant professional experience in strategic real estate management Their working methods are characterized by conscientiousness and networked thinking and action, while focusing on the essentials You are strong and team-oriented The current MS Office products will surely dominate you You have knowledge in SAP or You are willing to acquire them You bring certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the C1 level (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV-L (approximately 51.460,00 € - approx. €82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
