At the Haina site, we offer a job as an apprentice to the health department (m/w/d) as of August 1, 2026. You can choose to start the practice in Haina and the location of the professional school in Marburg or Kassel.

A three-year wide-ranging dual training was waiting for you. Your field of application goes beyond the desk edge: In various departments of our company you learn which commercial processes hide behind your work and you can best deny theory and practice. Among other things, you will get insights into the departments of Purchasing, Finance and Accounting, Quality Management, Human Resources and Communication, Data Protection and Revenue Management.

You have your (special) abitur in your pocket or a very good real school degree. Good grades in subjects German and mathematics are beneficial. You are characterized by a friendly, open-minded and responsible personality. You are ready to learn and motivated to develop theoretical and practical training content. You have good MS Office skills.

Attractive remuneration according to TVAöD-BBiG: Financial security during training with increasing salary of €1,293 in the first, €1,343 in the second and €1,389 in the third year of training. Sliding working hours allow you to arrange training and private life well. Free use of an iPad for digital learning (and for private interests). You will receive a mobility grant of 30 € per month on your Vitos Card or alternatively the refund of the student ticket valid throughout the year, worth 398 € per year for convenient work and school routes. Premium of €400 at the end of the final exam. You have very good chances of taking over to a job after training.
