Working student HR administration / personnel administration (m/f/d)

Our location in Memmingen (Allgäu) is responsible for equipping electronic assemblies, microwave technology, final production, final testing and delivery of most Rohde & Schwarz products. • Maintenance and updating of personal master files

• Creation, evaluation and structured processing of HR-relevant data and reports

• Support in the management of time accounts and absences

• Organization and management of digital document storage

• Participation in administrative processes in the area of payroll and the acquisition of further support activities in the HR environment

• Current study ideally with commercial experience in the administrative environment

• Structured and careful operation with a pronounced look for details, in particular when handling sensitive personal data

• Ability to independently organize tasks and to clear coordination with internal interfaces

• Openness for incorporation into new topics and HR systems

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least B2)
