Supplier management: You are responsible for the quality management and the strategic development of our suppliers. Patterning: You control first sample testing (PPAP/PPF) for electrical and mechanical components and define the patterning level. Measurement technology: You miss mechanical first samples precisely after test drawings. Deviation Management: You request documents from suppliers and introduce binding storage measures for errors. SAP & Documentation: You provide first-class test reports, certificates and Q-Infosets independently in SAP. Audits & Acceptances: You plan and conduct supplier audits (e.g. according to VDA 6.3) and First Article Inspections (FAI). Incoming goods: You plan incoming goods checks, first set out in SAP and set test features. Complaint management: You take supplier complaints, check stocks and demand sustainable 8D reports. Interface work: You act as a link between manufacturing, purchasing and development

Training: Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in quality management or quality assurance, ideally with focus on suppliers (SQE). Expertise: Knowledge of electrical engineering, sampling and process audits. Method competence: Safe handling of common QM tools such as 5Why, 8D report, FMEA and Ishikawa. IT knowledge: Found user knowledge in SAP (modules MM/QM) and MS Office. Languages: German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking, Communication Strength, Enforcement and Strong Team Skills. Mobility: readiness for occasional journeys at home and abroad.
