With the product ordomediq (www.ordomediq.de) we build a platform that generates comprehensible coding suggestions for medical billing from the medical documentation. Technical guidance of the outpatient track of ordomediq Responsibility for architecture, scalability and technical excellence Development of modern FHIR-based interfaces to outpatient AIS and practice management systems Integration of outpatient systems into our central coding and processing platforms independent selection and evaluation of technologies, frameworks and architectural approaches Building and developing a powerful development team Coaching and mentoring of developers active participation of digitalisation in health

The technical requirements for you Multiannual experience in professional software development, including at least 2 years in technical leadership or as lead engineer (e.g. as tech lead, lead software engineer, software architect*in, senior software engineer, technical lead, lead developer or comparable). very good knowledge of C# / ASP.NET Core, good in React / TypeScript sound architecture experience (Clean Architecture, SOLID, modular systems) Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, messaging, CI/CD and containerization FHIR or Healthcare IT experience or the clear willingness to work quickly – FHIR is the core of this product excellent knowledge of German (C1), good knowledge of English Experience in outpatient settlement / GOÄ / Practice IT, Kubernetes, Cloud operation, Python/KI are advantageous Your personal skills Design will and joy in building new structures Responsibility Embossed organisational and communication skills Cooperation is based on the exchange: To enable us to work closely together as a team and bring forward ideas together, regular attendance at the office in Münster-Nienberge would be desirable.
