You develop innovative solutions, technical concepts and decision-making templates in our customer projects. You advise our customers on their digitalization projects along the business goals and help to analyze, evaluate and document the requirements for business processes and IT. You take over the design, implementation and moderation of requirements and process workshops and develop new approaches and consulting products to support our customers. You design and document processes, use cases, user stories, interfaces and data models and tune them with experts, architects and developers. You are a bridge builder between experts, developers and management. Cooperation in often agile project teams of different sizes, professional decision-makers and technical translators is your environment with our customers.
You have relevant professional experience in business analysis or process management. You are thrilled to find out which business and specialist processes are driving our customers' business. You want to understand things and dismantle facts into their individual parts. You have analytical skills, a quick understanding and a good abstraction capability – even in complex environments. Methodology competence in the field of requirements and process management (e.g. UML, BPMN2.0, ePK) or in lean management is a plus. You have pronounced communication and moderation capabilities combined with agile and result-oriented mindset. You can master German at least C1 level and successfully use it in your everyday work.
