At the one.O, the technology and service partner of the Otto Group, you work as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (w/m/d) in the 13-member “HR Cloud Services” team on the further development of our HR system landscape. From introduction to optimization to stable operation, you take responsibility for one or more modules and actively shape HR IT transformation. Once a week you work with your team on our campus in Hamburg. On the other days, you can flexibly design your work location according to your needs. Full-time or part-time (from 30 hours)

Responsibility in the introduction project of SAP SuccessFactors as a professional and technical contact*in for one or more modules Analysis, evaluation and coordination of technical requirements from HR areas and their translation into standard, sustainable system and process solutions Technical responsibility for one or more SuccessFactors modules over the entire life cycle Ensuring stability, wartability and cost-effectiveness of the supervised solutions through consistent standard orientation and structured, clean documentation Close cooperation with HR, IT and external partners for the coordinated further development of the system landscape

Multiannual experience in the HR IT environment with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with technical and technical responsibility for one or more modules as well as experience in implementation or further development Experience in the translation of HR requirements in standard, sustainable system solutions, both in the project context and in the ongoing system environment Security in dealing with different stakeholders and in cooperation with HR, IT and external partners Structured, analytical method and a pronounced understanding of standardization, wartability and economic solutions, ideally complemented by experience in the operation of HR systems (e.g. release or change topics) German knowledge (C1) and very good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing
