in full time or part-time (at least 35 hours) The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern offers social and economic services for students. We offer housing, gastronomic facilities, kitas, a consultancy network and a cultural programme and manage the promotion of training. We are responsible for 15 universities in Munich, Garching, Martinsried, Freising, Rosenheim, Benediktbeuern, Traunstein, Burghausen and Mühldorf am Inn. As a technical all-rounder (m/w/d), behind the scenes, you can ensure that the daily operation works without friction. Their main location is Arcisstraße 17, 80333 Munich. Their area of responsibility encompasses several locations within Munich. Installation services: You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment and of large kitchen appliances (e.g. output counters); You monitor the overall functioning of the building in Arcisstraße. Security checks: You carry out the statutory safety tests, e.g. shelf checks or tests according to DGUV V3, and document them in a conscientious manner. Disruption management: Damage and disruption to equipment fix either yourself or coordinate the timely repair by specialist companies External company management: You accompany and monitor external service providers in maintenance or repair operations on site Object support: You take over the closing service for the building and provide a well-maintained picture of the appearance by means of general assistance (e.g. waste disposal, transport, maintenance of external installations). Workshop care: The cleaning and maintenance of the workshops and tools provided to you are also part of your responsibility.
