Your tasks

• Accompany and promote children with heart and passion in an inspiring environment!
• Create exciting, age-appropriate activities and creative projects that support children in their development.
• Document their progress, lovingly accompany the reconciliation of new children and bring your ideas into the further development of our educational conception.

Your profile

• You have a training as a social pedagogical assistant / SPA (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in pedagogy
• They are an esteemed personality with heart and mind and have joy in lovingly accompanying the children
• You work in partnership with parents
• They are a team player and have an open and solution-oriented communication style

Kita Stettiner street

In our beautiful kita with spacious and bright rooms, two outdoor play areas, we care about 90 children in three cribs – and two elementary groups. In the cribs we work with tribal groups and in the elementary area we work according to the principles of open work. Analogously, there is no fixed group allocation and the rooms are furnished and equipped according to functions.
