Course in the field of BWL, Economics or Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications or Human Resources Management or Similar

Very good German and English skills

Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (in particular Excel & PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)

Interest in digital work and experience in handling AI tools (e.g. copilot)

own initiative and open and proactive communication

Structured working methods & conceptual thinking

Interest in actively shaping people and future topics in the international environment
