Banquet Manager for our Congress Centrum Damp (m/f/d)

Your job: host, maker and team player As a banquet manager, you're in the middle of it. Together with your team, you make sure that events are real experiences. Among other things, you take: The operational management and personal care of our banquet events Preparation and implementation of meetings, congresses and events Coordination and leadership of the banquet and service team Ensuring a smooth service process – before, during and after the event Service and operational planning as well as support in holiday planning Compliance and implementation of HACCP and our internal hygiene and quality standards The continuous development of our processes, offers and service quality Close cooperation with the service management, the R&B departments and the R&B management And importantly, you're not just at the desk. When it burns during an event, you will pack yourself up and be there for your team and our guests.

Experience in the banquet, event or gastronomy area, already in a leading position or comparable Joy of being a host and offering our guests a special experience A hand-on mentality – you pack yourself up and go ahead with a good example Organizational talent and the ability to keep track of major events A look for quality and willingness to question and rethink existing processes A good understanding of numbers and cost awareness
