You advise the decision-makers: in a very growing business area in all commercial matters In doing so, you accompany the managers: both through concise analyses and represent your own opinion on business development and the necessary measures to be derived therefrom. You are constantly analyzing business development, explaining deviations to the valid business plans and strategic initiatives You have a look at the commercial implications of the relevant customer relationships/contracts Your expertise is in demand: You develop Vonovia's key figures and reporting system and support the creation of budgets, forecasts and business cases (based on SAP BW and SAC) Your exciting and varied area of responsibility is rounded off by ad hoc analyses and collaboration with interfaces within the group

You have a degree with a focus on controlling, finance, BWL, business informatics or comparable discipline You already bring well-founded professional experience in controlling; first experiences in the B2B business are advantageous You are characterized by a high number affinity, a rapid understanding and pronounced analytical skills. You can demonstrate knowledge about databases and reporting systems, ideally in the SAP environment (SAP BW and SAC) You are safe to use the current MS Office products, especially Excel Their mode of operation is independent, proactive and structured. In addition, you have good communication capability and high readiness to use
