For our Pforzheim-Eutingen site, we are looking for a social education/social worker (w/m/d) for assistance in the housing and social area (AWS) and for the elderly living in families (BWF). The daily clinic Eutingen is an area of the Centre for Psychiatry (ZfP) Klinikum Nordschwarzwald in Calw. AWS services have been provided by a small team of social education staff for many years. People with a (chronic) mental illness are visited in their home environment and accompanied and supported in a variety of things in their everyday life. The catchment area extends next to the Pforzheim area over the entire Enzkreis. Social workers and Full or part-time from 60% working volume

Consultation, support and accompaniment of people with a chronic mental illness in everyday life, dealing with the disease and in crises (see §§113 i.V.m. 78, 80 SGB IX) Cooperation with the integration support and implementation of the individual participation planning of the beneficiaries incl. You have a degree in pedagogy/social pedagogy/social work (Diplom, Master or Bachelor). You want to work with mentally ill people and have an empathic, resource-oriented attitude towards your clients. You have excellent expertise and well-founded knowledge in the law books SGB I-XII. A high degree of self-responsibility Professional handling of challenging situations and crises Independent and structured work Your profile is rounded off by a high level of teamwork, loadability and flexibility. You work in regular exchange within a small team. You are ready to work flexibly even in the afternoon as part of the usual business hours. Ready for further training Pre-experiences in dealing with people with a mental illness are desirable
