We are looking for: For our well-known customers from the metalworking industry and armaments industry, we are looking for a machining mechanic (m/w/d) milling technology / CNC milling cutter (m/w/d) at the Hagen site at the next possible time.

Your tasks:

• Self-assembled, cnc milling machines
• Production of individual parts and small series according to technical drawings and production documents
• Precise processing of demanding workpieces
• Selection, measurement and installation of tools and clamping means
• Tool changes and tool corrections
• Adaptation and optimization of existing CNC programs
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring consistently high quality
• Implementation of measurement, shape and quality controls with suitable measuring and testing equipment
• Detection and removal of manufacturing deviations
• Documentation of production and test results
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines and tools used

Your profile: (m/w/d), milling technology or a comparable technical qualification

• Professional experience in CNC milling
• Secure and self-contained installation and retrieval of CNC milling machines
• Good knowledge in handling Heidenhain controls
• Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Embossed technical understanding and high quality awareness
• Precise, independent and responsible operation
