Content creation & campaign management: Development and implementation of communication campaigns for various channels (Social Media, PR, Website, Intranet, Internal Newsletter, Events) Sustainability communication: Conception and implementation of measures for the positioning of Lohmann as a sustainable player in industry Project management: Planning, control and implementation of communication projects, in particular with regard to our 175-year company anniversary in 2026 Sponsoring & Brand Care: Development and implementation of sponsoring strategies to strengthen brand perception Crisis communication: Support in the development and implementation of communication strategies in critical situations to safeguard corporate reputation Coordination of internal & external stakeholders: Cooperation with international teams, media representatives, agencies and internal departments (e.g. Global Sustainability Office)

Complete studies in the field of communication, economy, journalism, German and comparable Multiannual experience in corporate communication (internal & external), ideal in an international company or PR agency Excellent skills in storytelling, text creation and content marketing in German (C2) and English (C2) Found experience in project management, preferably in communication or marketing Safe handling of social media tools, MS Office, Canva and generic AI for content creation High organisational capacity, intercultural competence and strong team capacity. Experience in crisis and sustainability communication
