As an employee in the six-member Team Banking, you play a key role in designing and optimizing our products such as account and credit card. Through your commitment, you are instrumental in creating innovative and customer-oriented solutions and ensure a high customer satisfaction.

You work in a rebuilding, powerful team by actively shaping and introducing your own ideas from the outset You are responsible for the care, design and introduction of new banking products You implement changes due to regulatory, processual and sales requirements and make sure that these are seamlessly integrated into our processes Exciting and challenging projects with Mastercard, which focus on the further development of our credit card products, as well as further projects in the area of banking are supported by you To further develop our products, you conduct market observations and trend analyses

A successfully completed study in the Bank area or a comparable qualification You have well-founded knowledge of products around accounts and maps You are versed in dealing with MS Office applications and ideally with Agree21 You like to think creatively and forward-looking to develop innovative products and solutions You are flexible and willing to continue to train and develop A very good communication skills and your safe appearance are yours
