We are looking for a reception line (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which shapes the first impression of our house with heart, professionalism and sense of responsibility. You take over the management of the receiving department and the management of the five employees in coordination with the operating management. As a host:in and first contact person in the reception area, our guests provide individual, value-adding and high service orientation. You are responsible for the correct billing of accommodation and catering packages and ensure a smooth running of all administrative processes even in the adjacent monastery shop. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and are responsible for a professional, solution-oriented complaint management. You actively contribute to the construction of the new Spiritual Center. Develop, establish and implement new standards in service quality as well as a contemporary, warm welcome culture.

You have a successfully completed commercial training in the hotel or tourism sector and ideally bring the first (leading) experience at the reception or in a comparable area. You work independently, structured and responsible and want to take the next step on your career manager. Excellent ways of handling, safe occurrence, and a high degree of discretion. You have a strong team and cooperation capability and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. In addition, you bring the willingness to work in shiftwork as well as on weekends and holidays.
