• Telephone assistance for craftsmen and end customers - collection of repair orders, commissioning and maintenance in the customer service system - processing of complaint and consulting tickets - answering customer requests and written inquiries in the customer service - supplement customer-specific information and prioritization of orders

• Closed commercial training - interest in technical matters of domestic and system technology - service orientation and self-initiative, even in stressful situations - pleasure at the telephone customer contact and organizational talent - willingness to work in the time window 07:00 - 17:00 - Good IT user knowledge
