In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Werkdienstmitarbeiter / Hausmeister (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Installation and disassembly work
• Planning and implementation of internal transfers
• small repairs and maintenance and maintenance work
• Goods receipt, goods delivery and loading and unloading of deliveries
• Internal material and forklift transport
• Supply and disposal of containers, valuables and waste materials
• Implementation of courier journeys and internal transports
• Maintenance of green and outdoor facilities and cleaning of the premises
• Discharge, disposal and shut-off work
• Documentation of the work carried out via software
• Support of the factory service team in all activities
• Representation of the Coordinator (Team Director) as required

Your profile:

• completed craft or technical training or Professional experience in the field of housekeeping, facility management, logistics, construction or garden and landscape construction
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• Experience in handling tools, machines and work equipment
• Staplerschein desirable
• driving license class B, class C1 of advantage
• Advantageous operating licences for lifting platforms or earth construction machines
• Basic PC knowledge
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Physical loadability and independent and reliable operation
• Team skills and responsibility
• No fear of height and willingness to carry out work on ladders or lifting platforms
