In our team we are responsible for the management communication of the Sales & Customer department. This includes the content preparation of public and internal performances by the Executive Board member – from speeches and statements to interviews and events to the development of Executive LinkedIn communication. In addition, we support the worldwide press communication on Sales & After-Sales topics as well as the multi-brand customization program MANUFAKTUR. These challenges include: Support in preparing board meetings, press discussions and events

Research, create and edit texts for different channels (including board briefings, quotes, press texts, social media)

Participation in the design and implementation of communication measures for the Sales & Customer department

Support in the processing of press requests and creation of Q&As, briefings and presentations

Monitoring and documentation of media reporting on Mercedes‐Benz, competitors and relevant industry topics

Research and preparation of figures, data and facts

Close coordination with international press colleagues and departments
