Responsibility for the entire kitchen organization and management as well as our Café Louise Planning and creation of menus for residents of a senior institution taking into account vital food Guidance, training and motivation of the kitchen team Service and holiday planning for the team Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards Monitoring of goods orders and storage Cost control and budget planning to optimize efficiency Creative development of food offerings and introduction of new culinary trends Close cooperation with the service team to ensure smooth running

Completed training as cook/cooking or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in gastronomy desirable but no need Training examination desirable but no need Experience in gastronomy with leadership experience in personnel deployment planning and process optimization Creativity and passion for gastronomy Organizational talent and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations Business knowledge is advantageous Flexibility and willingness to work even on weekends and holidays
