In your management function, you take over the overall responsibility for finance, controlling, accounting, tax billing and medical controlling and align them forward-looking, taking into account the current requirements of hospital reform With your financial expertise, you are responsible for liquidity management, receivable management and cost control, thereby creating a resilient basis for the economic management of the health association. Together with the relevant interfaces, you will work on monthly, quarterly and annual accounts as well as on forecasts and multiannual planning and support the preparation of budget and pay negotiations As an impulse generator*in, you will develop internal and external reporting, establish key-number-based control tools for revenue and cost control, and drive the development and further development of a meaningful cost-carrying bill With a strong look for economic relationships, you create economic and ad hoc analyses as well as calculations, prepare decision and presentation documents and actively shape cross-departmental projects with

You have a completed study of health economics or business management with a focus on healthcare and provide sound knowledge of hospital financing Multiannual professional and leadership experience, ideally in the hospital environment, empowers you to safely conduct a demanding financial and controlling area with around eight full-time staff professionally and personally Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in restructuring or refurbishment situations and understand how to create reliable structures, transparency and control reliability even in change phases. A strong IT affinity is what distinguishes you as well as safe handling of hospital information systems as well as financial accounting programs As a structured and reliable management personality, you combine organizational talent with team orientation and high social competence
