single point of contact for the cared fleets; permanent overview of the technical status, reporting of the status, notification of acute changes to relevant departments and technical support for the operator Monitoring of ongoing and planned maintenance in the area of +72 hours at all stations Examination of incoming maintenance documentation including the approval of the aircraft (CRS) Acceptance of the aircraft to flight operations (by process description – active transfer to flight operations) Examination, weighing and approval of the resetting of complaints and monitoring of the corresponding inputs into the MIS. Continuous monitoring of resettled complaints and those which entail operational restrictions for operation Support departments (e.g. Engineering, STEP, AV, Logistics, Troubleshooting) to quickly support the aircraft to be able to provide the network as possible Communication with aircraft crews in technical problems to ensure reliable operation and avoid delays or cancellations Supports the “Daily Planner” in the planning of aircraft routes and coordination of maintenance activities so that the aircraft is operational within the planned schedule and is available to the DHL network Ensure a solution-oriented communication between all departments involved in the troubleshooting process (AOG Recovery) Senior Coordinator is able to communicate at any time to the current AOG's.
