Ideally, you have completed training as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), butcher/meater (m/w/d) or Projektleiter (m/w/d) You have first experiences in the team management You have craft skills and a technical understanding Your way of working is characterized by certainty, reliability and sense of responsibility You have fun working both in the team and independently You are ready to work in a layer model You have great hygiene and cleanliness awareness
