Work-Study Position: “Invoice by Conrad - One Creditor Model” (m/f/d)

As a working student*in you are the interface for our assortment strategy at the marketplace level and therefore with a variety of internal and external marketplace actors. Supplier-Onboarding & Form Optimization: You actively shape and automate the conversion of the pre-qualification form for future suppliers and project the common landing page within the Supplier Portal in the second expansion step. Data Management & CRM: You control data management between our CRM system and the prioritization lists for OCFA Seller conversions. Process Migration & Documentation: You support the commercial and technical migration of Sellern to the supplier and sustainably maintain the processes for future projects. Seller-Support & Partner Communication: You support Seller on your way to the supplier and act as a competent contact person. Knowledge Transfer & FAQ: You create a structured FAQ page for internal training purposes as well as for external support via our Competence Center. Partner Management & Communication: You coordinate the communication for our Monthly Marketplace newsletter, send it yourself and communicate new marketplace partners as well as their ranges via internal and external social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Conet). Research & Project cooperation: You support the research and acquisition process in the Marketplace Development Team, conduct market analysis and participate in overarching marketplace projects.

Your success factors Studies: Immatricated Student in Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Marketing or a comparable degree course. Experience & Affinity: Ideally first experience in B2B Sales, Partner Management or in e-commerce/marketplace environment. Tool knowledge: First experience with CRM systems (e.g. Streak), confluence or content management systems is beneficial. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working as well as a communicative, self-initiative and solution-oriented personality. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1 level or higher).
