System administration: installation, configuration and continuous maintenance of our Windows server landscape Identity & Access Management: Administration and further development of our Active-Directory domain including user and rights management, group policies and security policies Mail infrastructure: operation, administration and optimization of our Microsoft Exchange environment Client Management: Support and further development of our client management solutions (e.g. DriveLock, MDM, software distribution) Endpoint Security: Takes responsibility for the operation and further development of our EDR solution (e.g. CrowdStrike) Security & Patch Management: continuous system hardening as well as planning, execution and documentation of a structured patch management IT projects: cooperation and technical responsibility for projects to further develop our IT infrastructure and to implement strategic corporate objectives

Qualification: Graduate in the IT field or completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) with several years of experience in system administration Project experience: practical experience in IT projects (e.g. in migration projects) Technical know-how: sound know-how in Windows server environments as well as in central services such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DHCP and File Services Client & Security: Experience in dealing with client management solutions (e.g. DriveLock, DSM, MDM) as well as basic knowledge in Endpoint Security and EDR Automation & Network: Experience with script languages (e.g. Powershell, VBScript, Perl, Python and Bash) as well as solid understanding of network technologies Languages: very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing Working & Personality: Analytical Thinking, Structured and Independent Working, Team Skill and Strong Quality Orientation
