For our partner company, a Hidden Champion, we are currently looking for a:n team leader: in (all genders) for a 5-member team within the DACH and Holland region. Your place of residence plays no role in this position as you act from the Home Office as well as from the customer suburb. As a team leader: in you run about five sales representatives: inside the regions Germany, Austria and Holland. You will ensure the implementation of sales strategies of all existing products. They assume personal, professional and commercial responsibility. They pursue continuous, business and cost-conscious process optimization. They develop your team, recruit employees: inside and ensure the achievement of the sales goals. They conduct market and competition analyses and develop sustainable sales strategies for the DACH region. They work with the CEO and Sales Internal Services, create ideas and strategies and implement them.

They have a qualification in the field of surface technology, corrosion protection, industrial lacquers, tool technology, power tools, surface processing, etc. They have an initial leadership experience. They have already gained experience in the distribution of technical products, preferably in the product areas sandblasting, corrosion protection, industrial coating, surface technology, etc. They are characterized by a high customer orientation, passion for sales and a self-responsible way of working. They bring a readiness to travel about 50% in the DACH region, partly EU. Your knowledge of German and English is very good.
