As a valuable member of our account team of the Client Unit Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, you play a key role in our growth. With your well-founded knowledge of the current orientation and strategy of the S financial group, you can create new contacts and expand your existing network. With passion and professionalism, you advise our customers on our innovative solutions and strategic offerings. You identify and develop new business opportunities (hunting) and anticipate existing customer relationships (arming) In addition, as a project manager or business analyst, you contribute to the successful implementation of projects and ensure efficient communication between customers and internal stakeholders The further development and expansion of exciting topics such as construction finance, credit business, corporate customer business and construction business are also included in your task As a manager, you develop your employees and promote their professional development Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have a degree in economics, computer science or a comparable qualification You will also bring multi-year experience in business development, ideally in the financial sector You know the Sparkassen Financial Group and its IT landscape Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as an independent way of working are your strengths Communication strength, team skills and negotiation skills are the key Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
