Lippeltstraße 1, 20097 Hamburg You conduct our demanding construction projects in the field of logistics and commercial real estate and report directly to the management department You accompany the tendering, awarding and management of post-contracting services You take over the project controlling with respect to quality, dates and costs and monitor the performance at the construction sites You manage possible risks and regularly conduct forecasting talks with management You organize construction meetings with customers, after-contractors and planners and perform these independently You are responsible for the supervision and coordination of architects, specialist engineers and authorities

You have a successfully completed civil engineer or Architecture studies or comparable technical training Ideally, you bring several years of experience in project management / project coordination in the area of key building of logistics properties and have very good knowledge in VOB/B and VOB/C You are resilient and flexible and proves your communicative skills both in negotiating and conflict situations You are characterized by excellent organizational ability and by an independent and structured way of working
