The integration model O.V. Essen e.V. is the carrier of the “Forum Billebrinkhöhe-Inclusive Culture”, a socio-cultural center. It is a place of inclusive cultural encounter and experience, grown from the life support of disabled people. At the same time, the house acts in the city region through inclusive artistic activities and cooperation. The work in the house is carried out by a small team of employees, by staff and by numerous volunteers. For our forum we are looking for a new lead at the next possible date (full-time or part-time) The lead is an officer for the honorary office in the association. The Head of the House shall carry out its activities in accordance with the management of the integration model.

Winning, accompanying and leading volunteer workers as an essential basis for inclusive cultural work Personnel management of staff employed in the house Calendar management and space allocation planning Acquises of funding, fundraising and overall responsibility for the budget and the settlement of the cultural centre Acquisition of donations and cooperation with the funding community of the House Organisation of internal events of the integration model e.V. Monitoring the maintenance of the building and the inventory The cooperation of the following areas takes place in close consultation and at the same level with the artistic direction of the house: Planning of artistic offers and cultural events, including cultural offers and encounter formats Process planning and service organisation for cultural events Acquisition of funding for projects and their accounting / evidence of use Public relations (press, website, social media etc.) External representation of the house and network work

Experience, leadership skills, team skills, communication and conflict resolution, great interest in cultural and inclusive policy, flexibility and willingness to work on evenings and weekends. Higher education is desirable.
