Multiannual experience in the IBM i environment and a sound understanding of RPG, Db2 for i, interfaces and growing application architectures Practice in software architecture, modernization, modularization and decoupling Experience in managing sophisticated software or modernization projects Safety in handling project management, risk and stakeholder management, change and reporting Experience with cost estimates, forecasting, budgets and economic project management Ideally at least five years of relevant professional experience in IBM i consulting, architecture or project management A sovereign, binding occurrence and the ability to communicate from the development team to the C level in an address-oriented manner An analytical and decision-making mode of operation with calm and good sense for people and situations Readiness to travel according to project German and good English skills
