BIM Bautechnikerin Baubau (m/w/d) For the group Architecture & Interior Design, we are looking for a BIM Bautechnikerin Hochbau (m/w/d) at the Essen site for the next possible appointment in an indefinite setting.

Construction, maintenance and further development of the BIM model (building information modeling) for reconstruction, maintenance and modernization measures Compilation, structuring and testing of BIM data from planning, construction design and building operation Coordination of model content, data levels, attributes and interfaces with internal and external project participants Collection, testing and updating of inventory data as well as follow-up of structural and technical changes in the digital building model Creation and provision of model-based evaluations, planning documents and building data for operational and technical follow-up processes

State-tested technicians*in the field of construction engineering, preferably with the focus on construction, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the construction or building sector and in cooperation with architects, specialist planners and exporting companies Good knowledge of the construction and the technical regulations and planning standards relevant to the activity Good knowledge of BIM, digital planning methods, model-based work; Knowledge of ArchiCAD is advantageous Knowledge of the maintenance, testing and evaluation of digital building and inventory data Target and result-oriented working, entrepreneurial thinking and action and the willingness to take responsibility and act as a service provider

Remuneration shall be carried out in accordance with the activity transferred and its characteristics of activity and the necessary training/vocational qualification in accordance with the contract Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) in the remuneration group 8.

The specific classification of the level within the remuneration group depends on the relevant professional experience. In addition to the basic tariff remuneration, a tariff variable, performance-oriented premium payment may be granted if the conditions are met.
