In your area of responsibility is the implementation and control of EHS at Group level. You are responsible for existing certifications according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 and ensure that further relevant standards are successfully introduced. You analyze existing processes in global EHS management and derive targeted improvement measures. Together with the ESG team, you develop the global EHS strategy and bring it to implementation across the Group. With the support of the central sustainability department, you define Group-wide EHS targets and monitor their progress. As an internal and external contact person, you represent the topic EHS and position it effectively in the company and beyond.

Independent management of complex projects and safe handling of different project management methods Safe in handling and implementing specialist rules, legislation and methods, e.g. ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 Very good expertise and practical experience in EHS Change management competence and safe handling of heterogeneous stakeholder groups German & English fluent in word and writing; other languages advantageous Very good IT skills (e.g. SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint)
