Participation in a program for group-wide integration of SAP SuccessFactors as Lead Consultant and Project Lead for individual projects Holistic support of the incident, change and problem management processes Stakeholder management and consulting of the HR organization with a view to the continuous optimization of HR systems Continuous development of the application and processes through active release management, market analysis and networks Participation in the design of the HR Digitalization Strategy Participation in financial planning

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on personnel, business informatics or a comparable qualification Funded experience in project management and the introduction of HR-IT systems Experience in the administration and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, ideally certification for the module Employee Central Embossed conceptual skills and result-oriented working readiness to travel Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
