Trainee Group Finance (m/f/d)

The Group finances sector is responsible for the integrated management of the DZ BANK Group, in particular from a commercial, supervisory and business perspective. In this function, we are particularly focused on control-relevant figures and the accurate information of the top management. Our core tasks include, among other things, the consolidated financial statements according to IFRS, the Group Controlling and the Group supervisory right, which will cover the overall management of the DZ BANK Group. As part of our team, we offer you exciting projects and activities. You can actively contribute to the creation and further development of financial reporting to Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Supervisory Board. In the management of our portfolio, there is the possibility of cooperation in business evaluations. If you like to work professionally and analytically, you can also work in monitoring legal developments in commercial or supervisory law. If your strengths are on the process side, we look forward to your input in process optimization and digitization. You're more interested in the whole thing? Then you can engage in the development of the operational and strategic financial and capital planning of the entire DZ BANK Group and enter into the analysis and management of the capital and liquidity equipment. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual run-through plan, you will be working in the dedicated units of the Group Finance Division of DZ BANK. In addition, you have the opportunity to work in remote interface units outside the Group's financial sector. The location of your activities is Frankfurt.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in the fields of economics, natural sciences or finance. Your Master's degree will be short at the time of your application or will not be longer than 12 months. First theoretical or practical experience through internships, training or seminars around the financial sector that have attracted your interest in financial topics will enable you to quickly get in touch. Your very good knowledge of the application of MS Office programs as well as good technical confession (optional first programming knowledge) allow you to analyze, prepare data and present appropriate results vividly. Your open-minded and independent personality is the basis for quick integration into changing teams and good cooperation with colleagues at important intersections. With your analytical, solution-oriented and agile working methods, you can quickly develop and implement solutions with your own ideas. You are strong in communication in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level), in writing as oral in order to be able to safely represent your point of view at any time.

Perspective: You start with an unlimited contract and a salary of EUR 71,000 during and EUR 77,000 according to the trainee program.
