You collect and process orders from our B2B customers or hagebau partners and ensure smooth order processing In your function as a competent contact person (m/w/d), you will address our hagebau specialist and retailers in matters relating to goods availability, delivery dates, etc. IT-supports you to deliver quantities of demand for our five logistics locations and coordinates goods orders with our industrial partners You check and track order confirmations from our suppliers and keeps quantities and delivery dates in sight In the analysis of assortments, volume developments and inventory data, you identify relationships and derive measures to control and optimise our stock flows In the second level, you will also process complex questions, find solutions that match your needs and are an important technical support for our contacts Your ideas are in demand: You bring your experiences and impulses and actively shape the further development of our processes and service quality You work closely with our suppliers and internal interfaces, e.g. purchasing or Category Management, together and sorgst for a good flow of information

Completed commercial training, e.g. in wholesale and foreign trade management or forwarding, as an alternative comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the commercial environment, ideally in customer and inventory management, disposition or commodity control Routinized handling of MS Office, ins. Excel, as well as ability to sovereign telephone and written communication in German Impressive analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers, data and complex relationships Ability to think beyond individual processes, understand interfaces and develop solutions independently Embossed IT affinity and routined handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
