You process social care insurance performances and take over the associated personal, telephone and written communication with our customers. You process and humble the requests of our insurers for care needs and the various types of care insurance based on legal and administrative procedural requirements. You provide or receive telephone and written information, information and documents to/from third parties. You create and send interim reports and standard letters to insured persons. You support the processing of objections by ascertaining the facts, compiling all the information and compiling of factual reports

Completed training for the social security specialist or saleswoman in the healthcare sector skills in dealing with office software (especially Excel and Word) Good oral and written expressiveness as well as thorough knowledge of customer consultation techniques Your personal strengths include, in particular, an independent, structured, cost-oriented operation and reliability.
